I adore nature. I love to travel a lot especially in Romanian mountains. Since I was little I used to go with my parents to the mountain so if you ask me now what I like more between mountain and sea side and I answer MOUNTAIN without hestiation, don`t be surprised. Also this is the reason that when it comes to photography I like the most to photograph the view from the top of the mountain, rivers, rocks, the woods or in a word the NATURE.
Ramet Gorges is a place where the adventure is at its home. I`m saying this because a big part of this track must be crossed on the wall hanging by the metallic bars and steps but also you can choose to cross the track throughout the river, but I have to warn you that this is going to be a “cold” choice. I chose to explore both options and because in the city the temperatures were high, the river option was very welcomed.
In some places of this track, the water doesn`t cross the ankles, but in some places it can cross the waist. Also it`s important to mention that when I`ve been there it was August and the level of water can be different if you go in the spring for example. Same thing applies for temperature too.
I can describe Râmeț Gorges as being one of the best experiences and one of the most exciting tracks I ever made. The wonderful landscape represented by the 2 rocky walls and the river that passes fast among them, creating a kind of canyon left me speachless.
I didn`t get to take too many photos because I had to protect my camera from water and rocks because as I said earlier, I had to deal with a lot of water and rocky walls. But I managed somehow to take some brakes to take a few pictures, even tho I had to wait so the other people to pass.
I want to be realistic from the first post so I will always show you the bad parts of my trips too. Unfortunately I saw something I see everywhere in Romania and always infuriates me. What I`m talking about? See below
